I created the Sacred Knots while dealing with anxiety/depression/lack of sleep. Mediating to the sound of Hari Om with every knot while creating these pieces of art, helped me stay pill free.

Then there would be a day of dyeing them. Played with the colors depending on my mood but still chanting Hari Om. You can create your own patch scarf/wall hanging/quilting or carry a piece of me with you. Enjoy!
